Object catalog
The SAF core contains 13 types. This is a maximum vocabulary, not a mandatory checklist for every model.

“Required” means required within the selected scope if that object exists in reality. SAF does not require inventing a channel or integration merely to complete a diagram.
Common description template
Every instance records a stable identifier, name, purpose, state, and information source. Additional characteristics depend on object type and maturity. Ownership is always a relationship to an actor.
